Hello, my name is Tom Case.

I’m a British native working and living in San Francisco, California. This blog is my creative outlet. I was hesitant to start it up at first as there are so many great ramen blogs out there. Ramen Adventures is my favorite.

When I started getting interested in cooking ramen I could only find average You Tube video's online and recipes but no first hand accounts of how they went about it or forums to share ideas.

Through this blog, I am hoping to create something fun which is also useful for myself and others.
