Eating in San Francisco: Hinodeya Ramen Bar
Finding shio ramen outside of Japan is not easy. Of all the types of ramen, it is the most refined and probably hardest to make. The western taste wants a more “in your face” style of ramen which you get from Tonkotsu - a fattier and creamier style.
